Badan Meteorologi Dan geofisika indonesia
BMG Badan Meteorologi klimatologi dan Geofisika atau BMKG Badan Negara Non departemen yang mengurusi meteorologi, klimatologi, dan geofisika. sejarahnya dimulai pada 1841 oleh observator individu by Dr. Onnen, ketua rumahsakit di Bogor, dan diresmikan sebagai badan resmi pada 1866 oleh the Dutch East Indies government dengan nama Magnetisch en Meteorologisch Observatorium. Nama badan ini berubah-ubah, nama sekarang yang dipakai diresmikan pada September 6, 2008.
